This 30 mm diameter barbell and our weight plates with a 30/31 mm bore are perfectly matched, preventing slippage and rattling during training. The barbell can also be used with other weight plates with a 30/31 mm bore. The weights are securely attached with the included screw locks. The rubber rings on the inside of the locks prevent rotation and protect the weight plates from minor scratches.
