The barbell in this set is made of solid steel, making it incredibly durable and shape-retaining. Its hefty 9 kg weight allows it to withstand loads of up to 120 kg. This makes it perfect for intense strength training! The barbell features ribbed grips, ensuring a secure grip throughout your workout.



The weight plates in this set have a plastic exterior, making them less likely to scratch or damage the floor. They're also much quieter during training than cast iron plates. The plates are filled with a highly compressed cement mixture, which is completely sealed by the plastic outer layer.



Another advantage of these weights is the interlocking studs and recesses. This makes it easier to pick up the plates from the floor and prevents rotation on the barbell.



The weight plates have a 30/31 mm bore, making them perfectly matched to a 30 mm barbell. The plates can be quickly and easily secured with the included quick-release fasteners.
