The 140cm barbell in this set features a foam grip, giving you a secure grip throughout your workout. Made of hollow steel, the barbell weighs only 2 kg and can hold up to 50 kg.

Weight plates with neoprene coating

The cast iron weight plates in this set are coated with neoprene, significantly reducing noise during training. The weights have a 30/31 mm bore, making them perfectly matched to 30 mm diameter barbells.

30/31 mm bore

The weight plates, thanks to their 30/31 mm bore, are perfectly matched to the 30 mm barbell. The weights can be quickly and easily secured with the included spring lock.
