Better for the floor and a quieter workout

Thanks to their plastic exterior, the weight plates are less likely to scratch or damage floors. They also make much less noise during training than cast iron plates. Great for neighbors and housemates! This makes these plates ideal for training at home.

Filling of a highly compressed cement mixture

These weight plates are filled with a highly compressed cement mixture. The filling is completely sealed by the strong plastic outer layer.

Interlocking studs and notches

The discs have interlocking studs and notches that prevent rotation of the discs on the bar. The studs also make it easier to pick up the discs from the ground.

30mm bore

The plastic discs have a 30/31 mm bore and are therefore perfectly matched to all barbells with a diameter of 30 mm.
