The plates are made of solid cast iron , making them impervious to scratches and dents, even when they hit the ground hard. They are used not only for cross-training and strength training, but also for rehabilitation purposes and fitness in general.



The plates have a 30/31 mm bore and are perfectly matched to all common barbells with a 30 mm diameter . This prevents them from shifting or rattling during training.



These 5kg plates are ideal for moderate weight gain and can replace multiple lightweight weight plates .
