These weight plates are perfect for an effective workout and, thanks to the plastic outer layer, are better for the floor.

The weight plates are filled with a highly compressed cement mixture. The filling is completely sealed by the strong plastic outer layer, making the weight plates significantly quieter during training and when setting them down compared to cast iron weight plates. This makes them very popular not only in the gym but also for home use.

Another unique feature is the interlocking knobs and recesses. This minimizes rotation of the weight plates on the bar. The knobs also make it easier to pick up the weight plates.

The plastic plates have a 30/31 mm bore and are therefore perfectly matched to all standard 30 mm barbells. This prevents shifting or rattling during training.
