Our weight plates are perfect for intensive training and, thanks to the plastic outer layer, are better for the floor.

The weight plates are filled with a highly compressed cement mixture. The durable plastic exterior completely seals the filling and produces significantly less noise during training and setting down compared to cast iron plates. This makes them very popular not only in gyms but also for home use.

The interlocking knobs and recesses minimize rotation of the weight plates on the bar. The knobs also make it easier to pick up the plates from the floor.

The plastic plates have a 30/31 mm bore and are therefore perfectly matched to all standard barbells with a 30 mm diameter. This prevents them from shifting or rattling during training.
