10 kg Cast Iron Weight Plates Set consisting of 2 x 5 kg quality plates

Our robust weight plates made of high-quality cast iron are particularly strong
and perfect for intensive training.

Cast iron weight plates are extremely dimensionally stable and wear-resistant, even under heavy loads. They are made of solid cast iron, making them resistant to scratches and dents, even when they hit the ground hard.

They can be used for cross- and strength training, rehabilitation and fitness in general.

The plates have a 30/31 mm bore and are therefore perfectly matched to all common barbells with a 30 mm diameter. This prevents shifting or rattling during training.

These 5kg weight plates are ideal for moderate weight gain and can replace several lightweight plates.
