The curl bar in this set is made of solid, chrome-plated steel, making it exceptionally shape-retaining and wear-resistant. This means you'll enjoy it for years to come. The bar can hold up to 110 kg (240 lbs), making it perfect for intensive workouts. Thanks to the ribbed grips, you'll have a secure grip throughout your workout. It has a 30 mm diameter, making it compatible with all standard weight plates with a 30/31 mm bore. The bar comes with two screw locks, allowing you to quickly and easily secure the weights.





Our weight plates are made of solid cast iron, making them, like our barbell, exceptionally shape-retaining and wear-resistant. They are also resistant to scratches and dents. The weights have a 30/31 mm bore, making them perfectly compatible with all common barbells with a 30 mm diameter. This prevents shifting or rattling during training. Thanks to the wide range of weights, you can vary your training intensity.
