Our barbells are exceptionally durable and dimensionally stable. They are made of solid, high-quality chrome-plated steel and have a diameter of 30 mm.

The SZ bar is ideal for training biceps and triceps, shoulders, and neck. The curved shape of the curl bar gives you multiple grip options, allowing you to work multiple muscle groups.

Thanks to the serrated grips, you'll always have a secure grip during your exercises, even if you break a sweat on those last few heavy reps.

The SZ bar with a 30 mm diameter fits all standard weight plates with a 30/31 mm hole diameter. The included screw locks allow you to securely fasten the weights.
