48.5 cm short barbell

Ideal for effective training at home!


At 48.5 cm, this barbell is up to 13.5 cm longer than many other barbells (a standard barbell length is approximately 35 cm). This length also provides more space for weight plates than standard barbells. This allows you to train more intensively and vary your intensity more frequently.

This barbell is suitable for all weight plates with a 30/31 mm bore. Made of solid, chrome-plated steel, it can hold up to 50 kg. Weights can be easily and securely secured with the included screw locks. The locks have a rubber ring on the inside to prevent scratches and twisting. Thanks to the ribbed grips, you'll have a secure grip throughout your workout.
