At 42 cm long, this barbell is up to 7 cm longer than many other barbells. This gives you considerably more space for weight plates , allowing you to train even better and with more variety.

Thanks to the ribbed grip surfaces, you'll always have a good grip. The barbell with a diameter of 30 mm and our weight plates with a bore of 30/31 mm fit together perfectly and therefore don't shift or rattle during training.

Weights can be secured with the supplied screw caps. The rubber rings on the inside of the caps prevent scratches on the weight plates and ensure that they do not rotate.

Whether you are a beginner, advanced or professional - you can use this barbell for a variety of training options such as cross training, strength training, bodybuilding, classic barbell training or even for rehabilitation purposes.
