The 4-point steel chain suspension and carabiner can hold up to 180 kg. The chain attachment is double-stitched, and the carabiner's swivel bearing provides the necessary rotation.

The punching bag is filled with 100% textile scraps. It weighs 30 kg.
With a new punching bag, the filling will need to be refilled after a while, as it becomes denser. This helps the punching bag maintain its shape and firmness. Use only clean fabric and textile scraps for filling.
