The Physionics 2-in-1 punching bag stand is made of sturdy steel and designed to hold punching bags and speedballs. With a weight capacity of approximately 60 kg, this punching bag holder is suitable for any type of punching bag. The stand is height-adjustable to four different levels, ranging from 160 to 175 cm, and the base is equipped with four weight hooks for extra stability. The punching bag platform has a locking mechanism and is made of coated MDF board. The punching bag holder comes with instructions and is easy to assemble yourself.
