This set consists of two 35 cm dumbbell bars and 12 powder-coated weight plates made of solid cast iron with a total weight of 27.5 kg. It is practical and safe to use: the dumbbells have a ribbed grip surface and the weights can be securely fastened with the included screw caps.



In addition, the set offers a huge range of possible exercises, especially for the muscles in the arms, shoulders, chest, but also upper back and abdomen.
