This complete 45 kg barbell set contains everything you need for versatile and effective strength training. The set includes:

Our barbells are made of solid, chrome-plated steel. This material ensures that the bars are extremely durable and retain their shape. The barbell can hold up to 120 kg, the curl bar up to 110 kg, and the dumbbells each up to 50 kg. This makes them ideal for intensive workouts!


The weight plates are made of solid cast iron, making them extremely robust. Thanks to the variety of weight plates, you can easily adjust your workout intensity. The different bars offer a wide range of exercise possibilities. The plates have a 30/31 mm bore, perfectly fitting barbells with a 30 mm diameter. The included spring locks allow you to easily secure the weights.
