BESCHRIJVING

Perfect for effective strength training in the gym or at home


At 48.5 cm, these barbells are up to 13.5 cm longer than many other short barbells (usually around 35 cm). This gives you more space to place weight plates, allowing you to intensify your workout.


With a diameter of 30 mm, these bars fit all weight plates with a 30/31 mm bore. They are made of solid, chrome-plated steel and can hold up to 50 kg. The weights are securely fastened with the included screw locks. The ribbed grips ensure a firm grip throughout your workout.
