The barbells in this set are made of solid, chrome-plated steel. This gives them a high load capacity of up to 50 kg each. This makes them ideal for intensive training of your chest, shoulders, and arms, for example. The bars feature ribbed grips, ensuring a secure grip throughout your workout.



Our weight plates are made of solid cast iron, making them exceptionally shape-retaining and wear-resistant. This makes them perfect for intensive use. Moreover, the strong material makes them resistant to scratches and dents, even when they hit the ground hard.



The weights have a 30/31 mm bore, making them perfectly matched to 30 mm diameter barbells. This prevents shifting and rattling during training. The weight plates can be easily and securely secured with the included screw locks.



Thanks to the many weights in this set, you can vary the training intensity and easily build up and down.
