These sturdy weight plates, with a plastic exterior, prevent scratches and damage to your floor and make less noise than cast iron plates. This makes them ideal for use in your home gym!

The discs are filled with highly compressed cement and encased in a durable plastic layer. Thanks to the studs and recesses, the discs interlock, preventing rotation on the rod and making it easier to lift the floor.

With a 30/31 mm bore, these weights fit perfectly on all standard barbells with a 30 mm diameter. This ensures the plates don't shift or rattle during your workout.

The 1.25 kg weight plates are ideal for smaller weight increases.
