Cast iron weight plates are very durable due to their characteristics and retain their shape even under heavy loads.

The plates are made of solid cast iron to prevent dents, even when they hit the ground hard. They are used not only for weight training and cross-training, but also for fitness and rehabilitation.

The cast iron weight plates have a 30/31 mm bore and are therefore perfectly matched to all standard barbells with a 30 mm diameter. This prevents shifting or rattling during training.

These 20kg plates are ideal for big weight gains and can replace several lightweight plates.
