Cast iron weight plates are very dimensionally stable and wear-resistant due to their properties, even with intensive use.

The plates are made of solid cast iron, making them impervious to scratches and dents, even when they hit the ground hard. They are used not only for cross-training and strength training, but also for rehabilitation and fitness in general.



The weight plates have a 30/31 mm bore and are therefore perfectly matched to all standard barbells with a 30 mm diameter. This prevents shifting and rattling during training.



These plates are ideal for smaller weight gains and can replace several lightweight weight plates.
