Cast iron plates are absolute classics among weights and ideal for building or expanding a good training set.





Our robust, high-quality cast iron weight plates are exceptionally strong and perfect for effective training. Made of solid cast iron , the plates are resistant to scratches and dents, even when they hit the ground hard.

Cast iron weight plates are extremely shape-retaining and wear-resistant due to their properties, even with intensive use . They are used for cross-training and strength training, rehabilitation purposes, and fitness in general.



The plates have a 30/31 mm bore and are therefore perfectly matched to all common barbells with a 30 mm diameter . This prevents shifting or rattling during training.

These 1.25kg plates are ideal for smaller weight gains and give you the opportunity to vary the training intensity a lot.
